Viacom's efforts to disguise its promotional use of YouTube worked so well that even its own employees could not keep track of everything it was posting or leaving up on the site. As a result, on countless occasions Viacom demanded the removal of clips that it had uploaded to YouTube, only to return later to sheepishly ask for their reinstatement. In fact, some of the very clips that Viacom is suing us over were actually uploaded by Viacom itself.

"YOU MANIACS!" (Rock Paper Shotgun)

The war against paying customers continues: the PC-Version of Ubisoft's Assassin's Creed 2 deliberately kicks you out of the game, should your online connection drop at any time while you're playing. It's an absolute mystery to me why, after so many years of experience with DRM and piracy, they still fuck it up so badly.

Heavy Rain isn't a mature game because it has unhappy families and moody lighting, it's a mature game because it anticipates an adult response from the player and is prepared to receive it.
Eurogamer preview of Heavy Rain finally got me interested. This sounds intriguing.
